Cancellation policy

CQT Care Quality Training Cancellation Policy (This policy shall apply to all courses

You may cancel a Course Booking at any time, however the CQT Care Quality Training cancellation policy (as specified below) shall apply.


Fees

Organisations are requested to pay the fee within 28 days of the date of the invoice


Cancellations/Refunds (Not on a client site)

Cancellations of in-house training courses are subject to a 25% administration fee where the cancellation is made more than one calendar month before the date of the training course.

No refund is payable for a cancellation made within the calendar month immediately prior to the training course - in this event the full sum shown on the invoice remains payable


Cancellations/Refunds (On a client site)

For bespoke training that is delivered on a client's site a full refund will be given if a cancellation notice is received 15 working days prior to the onsite training date. If a cancellation notice is received by CQT less than 15 days but more than 10 working days prior to the training date, the cancellation charge is 50% of the training fee.

If a cancellation notice is received by CQT less than 10 days prior to the training date, the cancellation charge is 100% of the training fee.


Late Payment

CQT reserves the right to charge late payment interest on any outstanding invoice at the rate of 5% above the base rate of Barclays Bank Plc.


GDPR

Privacy Notice

CQT specialise in the provision of Adults and Young People Mental Health Education, Physical Intervention Skills, Violence and Aggression and Restraint Reduction training.

We are committed to continuing our privacy compliance when handling and processing personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR) and other data protection laws and require all our employees, clients and suppliers to comply.

CQT Care Quality Training has a nominated Director responsible for Data Protection compliance and we make the relevant notifications to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) on a voluntary basis.

When do we collect your personal data?

We collect and process personal data that is provided by you or your organisation to us for the purpose of providing a certificate when you complete the training course attended.

When providing other individuals' personal data to CQT Care Quality Training it is your responsibility to ensure that you have obtained consent from the individuals for CQT Care Quality Training to collect and process their data

What sort of personal data do we collect

For staff belonging to organisations we currently collect and process the following information: name, job role and department name relevant to the training and records required.

For online courses, CQT Care Quality Training do not write down or collect credit / debit card information, this is entered direct into a PayPal terminal at the time of the transaction and is not stored once submitted.

How long do we keep your personal data?

For legal, contractual and audit reasons we keep your data for a reasonable time and as long as the law requires. We keep all course and participant related information indefinitely for future certification and verification purposes.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold, have it rectified or erased and to know how long we will hold the information. You have the right to withdraw consent of your personal information for direct marketing.
