Introducing CQT's Flexible Learning Option (FLO)
FLO combines CQT's e-learning platform with our face-to-face training, providing your workforce with a more flexible way to learn and train.
Here's how FLO works
Starts with your staff completing the online portion of the course, which guides them through the key theoretical learning outcomes.
Our registered trainers will facilitate a classroom review and discussion around the theoretical models and knowledge staff acquired online. Our trainers will then focus on the skills, techniques and the content application needed to successfully complete the course.
